SIDE TABLE - 2020 BRONZE CAST AND RESIN H51 x L90 x W80 CM / H20.1 x L35.4 x W31.5 IN UNIQUE

When the Orichalcum or literally the mountain copper of the Atlanteans, inhabitants of the legendary Atlantis, descends the course of rivers and is lifted by the wave of the rising tide under the influence of the celestial bodies that are the Earth, the Moon and the Sun.

Mascaret, is a long breaking wave produced in some estuaries by the meeting of ebb and flow. The tidal bore is a natural phenomenon that occurs on nearly 80 rivers, streams and bays around the world. The phenomenon corresponds to a sudden rise in the water in a river or estuary with convergent morphology, caused by the wave of the rising tide during high tides.

In this collection, Alexandra and Grégoire play with the colors of bronze with its different natural oxidations and the transparency of the resin with water green colors.
