All our creations are unique pieces entirely made by hand and even if some of our creations give birth to a collection of tailor-made pieces in the same spirit, with slightly different shapes and engravings, each of these pieces remains unique.
As our work is at the frontier of design and art, all shades and nuances in our etching works and in the metal finish are intimately linked to a unique, artistic creation and to the human hand. As in a painting where you can clearly see the brushstrokes deeply marking the color, we want to leave our objects a trace of what can be found in the fragility of the human being with all the imperfections, emotions and inconsistencies that come with it. The same applies to the bronze casting process itself: small, natural incidents may occur during casting, and rather than concealing them, we embrace them as part of the creative journey. They become an integral part of the work, celebrating the poetry of the unexpected and allowing every creation to bear the imprint of an unrepeatable moment. Just as we are very attached to the traces left by the patina of time. This is a far cry from the modern, technological world, where ever more efficient production lines are created to produce larger editions with great precision, but often also sterile perfection. ;-)
